| − | this is | + | this is the first recording of my nonband! it is a live studio recording. i wrote the words and melody and someone else wrote and played the guitar part. i think the words are a little ungainly in a few places, particularly the lines with "gloomy" and "mist" in them. and the line "i think of your smile" is so gross. i'm pretty happy with the chorus, i think it walks a fine cheesy line but for some reason it seems more cute than grating. i like the end a lot, although maybe the melody does not make sense in context. there's going to be a bit more of an outtro but it hasn't been written yet. i'll keep updating the mp3 when we add more to it.<br> |
