it is so awesome to hear a new DK song! i feel like there hasn't been a new one in a really long time, so i'm really happy to hear this one.
things i like about this song:
- i just like the concept. it's rich but you don't overdo it. i was writing a song a while ago and it had a line about how "love is radiation", but it was in the same sort of celestial context. i also like the idea that the earth and the sun have an emotional attachment to one another.
- i really like the line "can't explain it but i'm thankful". i love the rhyme with "table" and "pull". i also think that thankfulness as such is very rarely expressed in songs.
