Use existing song title

Start with a song title, and go from there.
I know that many prolific songwriters (Ira Gershwin, about whom I've been reading, and John Linnell) consider titles one of the hardest parts to come up with, and that once you have one, a song is easier to write.
Bonus Points: Start with the title of an existing song, and write a different song.
