first deliberate stab at emo, based, appropriately i think, on comments from my livejournal on a post where i'm sighing over unrequited love.

Comments

I don't know if I didn't see this before or what, but yes, this is deserving of further development. First, into the very idea of girl emo, which I don't think exists, strangely. Secondly into the awesomeness of the pun title. Third, into the brilliantly posited observation that emo lyrics have the emphatic portions capitalized. I love that.

Also, the idea of a string of prechoruses just blew my mind. It's like... quantum song structure research.
