Love Like a Train

Lyrics
Love comes rolling down the tracks you can't stop the feeling any more than you can stop a train you can hop that line and never once look back or you can spend hours looking behind on where you've been and when you hit the switch house and you hear that whistle wail when the ties are rotting out and there's ice along the rail you can see how it depends upon so many little things and love is like a train I don't know where I thought that I would be When we finally broke down but I don't recognize a thing I should have had the sense enough to see That even if I rode forever it would never be for free And now I could take my tools in hadn and tear this thing apart And try to fix what's broken and try to get this piece of junk to start Or else I could cut my losses and salvage everything I can and put my feet to work again Because I was walking when I came across this ride I imagine I'll be walking when I reach the other side I guess I won't care how I got there by the time I pass on through Maybe you'll be there to see me when I do
Notes
Song for Valentines Day 2011. I'll post a recording of this soon as well.
