tonight i had tried to work on several recordings i've been chipping away at for a few weeks, but wasn't getting anywhere on any of them, so i gave up and went to make dinner. while preparing it, i started to sing this little number. i ate, then sat down and finished the song in about an hour. wish that happened more often. a decent recording of this should be forthcoming, but i had to strike while the iron was hot.
